In simple words search engine like Google, Yahoo and Bing ranks
the website according to their usefulness and relevance to the search term or
keyword. In other words people who get better experience with a website usually
stay longer on the website, visit the website very often and mostly share them
(refer that to other people). Search engines keep track of the websites and their
user activities and accordingly give them rankings.
The SEO process sounds simpler but itself contains a vast
activity area in it. Based on the geographical location, there are 2 aspects of
SEO namely Global SEO and Local SEO. Local SEO is for the business which has a physical location and can provide goods or services within a specific location while Global SEO serves worldwide. Global SEO is no different than Local SEO
but the only difference is their keywords. Let’s take an example of keywords
like Domestic Tour packages (Global) and Tour Packages in Orissa (Local). Further their activities are merely the same. Carefully selection of the keywords will lead to
successful SEO campaign.
